Shipping policy
Orders will take 24hrs to confirm. After that, you'll get an email confirming your order with the summary and tracking number. Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days after you receive the confirmation email, depending on your location. For same day delivery, kindly choose COD on the check out section and add a "Same-day delivery" note or send us a direct message on Instagram or Facebook.

Refund policy
Once payment is processed, all sales are final. Please note our "NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE" POLICY for incorrect sizes.
Make sure to check our size chart and catalog when selecting your size. We can only replace items if we've mistakenly shipped the wrong item/size or if there are proven production damages.
If you seek a refund or exchange due to production damage, you must provide an unboxing video from the day you received the package and contact us directly via Instagram (@enimalworldwild) or email (enimalworldwild@gmail.com). We'll review and address any issues promptly. Please allow 3-7 business days for return/exchange requests to be processed.
